• Further development and assurance of quality standards across our care facilities • Management and monitoring of nursing-related key performance indicators (KPIs) • Conducting internal audits and quality checks and deriving measures for improvement • Supporting and advising facilities in implementing quality assurance measures • Training and advising staff on quality management topics • Cooperation with authorities, inspection bodies and external partners • Responsibility for the Quality Management Manual
• University degree in social or healthcare or a comparable qualification • State-recognized vocational qualification as a geriatric nurse, registered nurse, or pediatric nurse • Several years of professional and leadership experience in hands-on nursing, ideally as a head of nursing (Pflegedienstleitung) or in healthcare quality management • Additional qualifications in quality management (e.g., QMB, Quality Manager, Internal Auditor) are a plus • Resilience, strong organizational skills and flexibility • Solid knowledge of quality and risk management • Willingness to travel within Berlin
