📋 Description

• Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, including awareness, retargeting, and conversion campaigns • Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to maximize ROI • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify and implement scaling opportunities • Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad assets aligned with business goals • Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive • Manage significant advertising budgets and take ownership of campaign results • Provide examples of past campaigns, including ad spend managed, ROAS/CPA results, and case studies or performance summaries

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns with documented ROAS and CPA improvement results • Expert proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics • Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and clear performance reports • Commitment to continuous testing and improvement • Experience in financial services, lead generation, or eCommerce highly valued • Ability to work effectively remotely in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision • Must provide examples of past campaigns, including ad spend managed, ROAS/CPA results achieved, and specific case studies or performance summaries
