• Overseeing the implementation and execution of home visits as outlined in the clinical trial protocol • Collaborating with clients, internal departments, and external vendors to ensure the successful operation of participant home visits • Developing study-specific plans, training materials, and timelines for each assigned project • Meeting with internal teams to coordinate efforts, provide recommendations and risks and mitigation planning • Evaluating healthcare professionals' (HCP) qualifications, licensure, and CVs to decide on project involvement • Participating in ongoing training for recertifications and on new regulations • Representing the department internally and externally at meetings, strategic projects, and initiatives as per the business requirements • Mentoring, guiding, and supporting junior team members • Participating in process improvement initiatives • Ensuring remote study activities conducted by HCPs comply with local regulations and laws • Client and project team contact for questions, concerns, and escalations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Previous experience comparable to 5+ years • Strong communication skills both written and verbal • Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Effective leadership and team building skills • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite • Ability to work in team environment, as well as work independently with little guidance • Solid client building and 3rd party relationship management • Ability to provide customer service with the highest standards of quality and excellence • Ability to multi-task as necessary
