• Document and maintain end-to-end business processes and data flows using standardized modeling tools. • Translate current-state processes into clear visual models and contribute to future-state process design initiatives. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and support the design and optimization of processes, systems, training, and communications. • Conduct process and quality assessments to identify risks, gaps, and compliance considerations. • Support small to medium-scale process improvement initiatives and track effectiveness of implemented changes. • Analyze process data and documentation to identify opportunities for operational improvement. • Support audit readiness by ensuring process documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with regulatory expectations. • Update and maintain procedural documents to reflect approved process changes.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, life sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the role (comparable to 2+ years). • Experience in process analysis, process mapping, quality systems, or operational support within complex or regulated environments is preferred. • Clinical research experience across phases of the study lifecycle is preferred. • BPMN/process mapping experience • Experience in regulated environments (GxP, clinical, pharma, etc.) • Ability to translate processes into models + documentation • Hands-on process improvement execution
