📋 Description

• Document and maintain end-to-end business processes and data flows using standardized modeling tools • Translate current-state processes into visual models and contribute to future-state process design • Gather requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and support process, system, training, and communications optimization • Conduct process and quality assessments to identify risks, gaps, and compliance considerations • Support small to medium-scale process improvement initiatives and track implemented changes • Analyze process data and documentation to identify operational improvement opportunities • Support audit readiness through accurate, complete, and regulation-aligned process documentation • Update and maintain procedural documents after approved process changes • Provide guidance to less experienced team members when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 2+ years of comparable experience • Experience in process analysis, process mapping, quality systems, or operational support within complex or regulated environments preferred • Clinical research experience across study lifecycle phases preferred • BPMN/process mapping experience • Experience in regulated environments such as GxP, clinical, or pharma • Ability to translate processes into models and documentation • Hands-on process improvement execution • Working knowledge of process improvement principles and operational optimization methodologies • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk assessment and opportunity identification • Understanding of procedural documentation and regulatory guidelines • Experience with operational or clinical systems and strong technical aptitude • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Occasional travel may be required
