📋 Description

• Source, recruit, screen resumes, and interview internal and external candidates for vacancies from mid-level to executive positions • Obtain necessary authorization before commencing recruitment activity • Maintain recruitment activity records in the recruitment system and prepare productivity, analytical, and other reports • Track applicants • Assist management in sourcing support functions as necessary • Manage workflow within the team and communicate corporate initiatives, strategies, and measurements • Train and develop existing recruiters • Provide high-quality, value-added advice and counsel to business partners on recruiting and staffing issues • Stay current with industry trends • Provide relevant reports to Hiring Managers • Provide leadership, direction, mentoring, training, and/or coaching for junior team members • Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across business units • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 6+ years of experience in the end-to-end recruitment cycle • Clinical research/CRO industry experience preferred • Experience managing global internal and external stakeholders • Seasoned professional with full understanding of the area of specialization and ability to resolve a wide range of issues creatively • Experience representing the department as a prime contact on projects • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems; Workday knowledge preferred • Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple business functions • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for metrics and presentations • Excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills at all organizational levels • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Fluency in English required • Additional language skills beneficial, such as German, French, Spanish, or Mandarin • Proven track record of building relationships and influencing through collaboration • Experience with metrics tracking, dashboard creation, and data-driven recruiting insights • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Strong project management and process improvement capabilities • Experience representing the company at recruitment events and career fairs • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
