📋 Description

• Source qualified candidates across active searches • Review resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and candidate backgrounds • Conduct candidate outreach through calls, messages, and email • Screen candidates for role fit, motivation, communication, and availability • Coordinate interviews and next steps in the hiring process • Prepare candidate summaries and showcases for internal review and client submission • Use AI tools and internal systems to improve speed, accuracy, and quality • Manage multiple active roles and moving candidate pipelines • Move quickly while protecting candidate quality • Support placement, showcase, and time-to-fill goals • Manage high-volume candidate screens, including 7–15 video interviews per day during peak hiring periods • Help produce qualified candidate showcases quickly, including within the first week of a search • Maintain strong organization, candidate responsiveness, follow-through, and documentation quality

🎯 Requirements

• Recruiting or sales experience • Experience in a performance-measured role • Clear history of being a top performer compared to peers • Strong written and verbal English • Polished LinkedIn profile • LinkedIn profile included on resume or application • Strong candidate outreach motor and comfort with outbound engagement • High attention to detail • Strong follow-through and responsiveness • Comfortable working remotely from home • Comfortable using Zoom, Slack, Notion, ChatGPT, and browser-based recruiting platforms • Mission-oriented, growth-driven, and excited to build with a fast-moving team • Preferred, not required: healthcare recruiting experience • Preferred, not required: technology or engineering recruiting experience • Preferred, not required: finance or accounting recruiting experience • Preferred, not required: recruiting across multiple functions • Preferred, not required: agency, staffing, RPO, startup, or high-volume recruiting experience • Preferred, not required: experience using AI tools or modern recruiting systems
