• Provide sales expertise and account management for Service Products in the APJ region • Maintain effective customer relations and develop opportunities for Product Service Agreement growth • Achieve forecasted sales goals for the territory and support other departments • Collaborate with internal and external functions on Service Sales issues and development
• Bachelor’s degree in a commercial or technical field • 2+ years of sales experience, familiarity with or Service background preferred • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills • Proficiency in MS Office and the internet • Organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines • Proven commercial excellence working in a matrix environment • Use of Salesforce.com
