📋 Description
• Work closely with clients to help them maximise the value of their CRM investment • Deliver HubSpot onboarding and ongoing support for a diverse portfolio of clients • Manage HubSpot implementation projects, including technical setup, data migration, CRM optimisation, and system configuration • Champion the use of AI tools within HubSpot to automate tasks and improve productivity • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content using AI-powered tools • Identify and act on opportunities to upsell CRM, automation, and AI-related services
🎯 Requirements
• Previous hands-on experience using HubSpot • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and efficiently from home or in a remote environment • Excellent organisational and time-management skills • A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine willingness to learn new skills • A data-driven mindset with strong research and analytical abilities • Excellent written communication skills, including experience writing blogs, email campaigns, website copy, and other marketing content • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
