• Build the Lagos office from scratch: find and coordinate an outsourcing agency for hiring Nigerian sales agents. • Search, evaluate, and rent an office space with a stable power supply; manage utilities, internet setup, furniture, and service providers. • Coordinate onboarding and ensure new employees are smoothly integrated into the sales team. • Oversee daily attendance, working hours, discipline, and resolve basic operational issues. • Manage payroll inputs, transportation reimbursement, and provide monthly expense reports. • Track operational costs, maintain budgets, and ensure transparency of all office expenses. • Work closely with HR and department leads during hiring, approvals, and staff planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, office administration, coordination, or facility management. • Ability to independently manage people, vendors, and processes. • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. • Solid command of Google Sheets/Excel, CRM systems, Slack, and basic reporting tools. • Clear, understandable English (spoken & written). • High level of reliability, integrity, and good judgment under pressure. • Plus: experience dealing with landlords, outsourcing agencies, or office setup projects.
