• College degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years direct field sales experience • Proven success selling complex, enterprise software with a consultative, value-based approach • Experienced engaging C-suite using solution selling to uncover business challenges • Skilled at leading multi-stakeholder, detailed sales processes and managing full-cycle deals from prospecting to close • Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and driving change • Deep understanding of AI and its application • Strong cross-functional collaborator with marketing, product, and legal
