📋 Description

• Identify, engage, and acquire new business partners, including Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates • Drive new client acquisition • Expand the company’s reach by developing relationships with potential partners across global markets • Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and manage onboarding of new IBs • Ensure new IBs are successfully integrated into the partnership structure • Reach out to new potential partners • Acquire new IB partners and reactivate inactive partners • Build and manage a partner network • Negotiate commercial terms and maintain business relationships • Represent the company at industry events and networking activities • Collaborate with international teams across different regions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the FX / CFD / Online Trading / Crypto / iGaming / Banking industry • Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
