• Drive AI Adoption and Business Enablement: Lead the rollout and adoption of AI solutions across the European region. • Coordinate Regional AI Operations: Act as the key liaison between headquarters, regional teams, and distributors. • Monitor Performance and Drive Continuous Improvement: Track AI adoption, user engagement, and operational performance metrics. • Support Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Technology, Sales, and Operations teams to communicate market needs and user feedback.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Digital Transformation, or a related field. • Minimum 4+ years of experience in operations, business development, digital transformation, sales operations, or training-related roles. • Experience delivering training, coaching, or enablement programs. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business and operational data. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Fluent English (written and spoken). • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in direct selling, network marketing, e-commerce, health & wellness, or international business environments. • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, automation platforms, and business intelligence tools. • Experience supporting distributor networks or multi-country operations. • Additional European language skills are highly desirable.
