📋 Description

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers in the Automotive & Manufacturing sector • Understand customers’ business challenges, strategic priorities, and transformation ambitions • Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders • Work closely with consulting and solution teams to co-create solutions delivering business value • Connect customer needs with capabilities across Software Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud and Enterprise Solutions • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts • Balance customer value with commercial thinking to create sustainable partnerships • Represent Tieto Tech Consulting in customer engagements, industry events, and professional networks

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT consulting, technology services, or digital transformation in a customer-facing role • Experience working with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into meaningful opportunities and solutions • Strong understanding of the Automotive and/or Manufacturing industry • Customer-first mindset combined with sound commercial judgement • Skilled at bringing together the right experts to solve complex customer challenges and create lasting value • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Ownership, curiosity and the drive to turn customer challenges into successful collaborations • Fluency in German and English
