📋 Description

• End-to-End Implementation Project Management: Lead the implementation lifecycle for our clients by defining schedules, priorities (Big Bang vs. phased), and ensuring deadlines are met. • Process Architecture (As-Is vs. To-Be): Map clients' current operational chaos (legacy systems + manual spreadsheets) and design new workflows that integrate our AI agents (such as Tais and Julia) into clinical routines, eliminating bottlenecks and inefficiencies. • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the trusted focal point for clinic owners and operational teams, turning objections into collaboration and managing technical expectations versus timelines. • Data Ingestion Strategy: Define the rationale for how client data (often unstructured and coming from legacy ERPs) will be ingested by Tivita. You won’t need to "code" the migration, but you should design the logical flow and remove operational blockers so the technical team can act. • Governance and KPIs: Establish success milestones, monitor project health indicators and ensure delivery quality (e.g., reduction of claim denials), ensuring the client realizes the contracted value.

🎯 Requirements

• Project Management: Proven experience leading complex software implementations, with mastery of agile methodologies and project management tools. • Process Mapping: Ability to design logical flows, identify "quality gatekeepers" and structure new operational routines (BPMN or flowcharts). • Data Fluency: Ability to understand data structures, the complexity of migrations and integrations (APIs, ERPs) to engage technically with engineers and translate requirements to the client. • B2B Business Acumen: Understanding of complex value chains and the ability to make decisions based on ROI and financial impact for the client. • Presentation Tools: Ability to create clear and persuasive executive materials (slides, roadmaps).
