📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for the digital campaign management platform using .NET technologies • Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions • Conduct code reviews, testing, documentation, and version control • Optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability through monitoring, profiling, and improvement • Participate in architectural discussions and evolve the platform backend architecture • Integrate services with databases, message queues, and third-party APIs • Troubleshoot and debug complex backend issues • Stay current with .NET technologies, frameworks, and industry trends • Mentor junior developers and promote best practices • Maintain technical documentation, including API specifications, database schemas, and architecture diagrams • Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude • Design and implement highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant distributed systems • Participate in Agile/Scrum practices and iterative delivery • Containerize applications using Docker and deploy/manage services using Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) • Develop and maintain event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus and asynchronous messaging patterns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in backend development using .NET technologies (e.g. .NET Core) • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices • Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Microsoft SQL and elastic Pulls) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework) • Familiarity with message queues (e.g., ABS, RabbitMQ) and caching technologies (e.g., Redis, Memcached) • Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines • Experience in unit testing frameworks (e.g. xUnit) • Solid understanding of software development best practices, including SOLID principles, DRY, and YAGNI • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Preferred: hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and distributed systems • Preferred: experience building high-scale, high-traffic backend applications and services • Preferred: experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude • Preferred: experience with API gateways, rate limiting, and API management • Preferred: experience with logging, monitoring, and observability tools such as Application Insights and OpenTelemetry • Preferred: experience with Git version control and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines • Preferred: experience designing highly available and fault-tolerant distributed systems • Preferred: experience with Docker and Kubernetes, preferably Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) • Experience working on high-scale, gaming, or other high-traffic platforms is a plus
