📋 Description

• Architect, design, and implement high-availability, fault-tolerant enterprise Java applications • Write clean, secure, optimized Java code for scalable backend services and APIs • Design and scale distributed microservices architectures • Build and integrate APIs, backend services, and orchestration components for enterprise applications, automation, Chatbot, and Voicebot initiatives • Modernize legacy applications and migrate to scalable architectures • Optimize data models, database performance, and application services across relational and NoSQL databases • Manage and automate secure AWS cloud deployment pipelines using DevOps practices • Lead code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and mentor engineering team members • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, AI, architecture, and product teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of professional backend software engineering experience with strong hands-on Java development experience • Proven track record working on large-scale distributed systems, enterprise applications, or SaaS products • Extensive experience in Agile/Scrum environments • Experience modernizing legacy applications and migrating monoliths to microservices architectures • Strong experience developing APIs, integrations, and backend services • Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise applications • Working knowledge of AI, Generative AI, and conversational AI concepts • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Strong system-level troubleshooting skills • Ability to navigate ambiguity and execute tasks independently • Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, AI, architecture, and product teams • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills • Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate ORM, JPA • Microservices, Event Driven Architecture, CQRS, Saga pattern, and Domain-Driven Design • REST APIs, API gateways, third-party API integrations, and enterprise integration patterns • PostgreSQL, Oracle DB, Couchbase, and Apache Kafka • AWS, Azure or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins or GitLab CI • JUnit 5, Mockito, Testcontainers, Maven or Gradle
