âą Networking with and recruiting healthcare professionals to ensure project needs are staffed with outstanding employees in a timely manner âą Sourcing employees for specific assignments using various job posting/search mediums âą Creatively network and use social media to contact/search for applicants âą Aggressively purse both active and passive candidates, search on job boards âą Act as a liaison between client facilities and newly hired candidates âą Responsible for screening applications and resumes, interviewing candidates, complete reference checks âą Evaluate and recommend candidates for hire âą Ensure compliance with all employment laws âą Documentation of confidential information per HIPAA standards âą All other tasks and duties as assigned
