📋 Description

• Strategic management of large or complex client accounts with a focus on Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display, and, where applicable, DSP • Development and implementation of cross-channel campaign strategies to achieve defined KPIs • Independent budget and forecast planning, including seasonal performance management • Preparation and presentation of quarterly or annual strategies, roadmaps, performance forecasts, and action recommendations • Professional sparring and coaching of Advertising Specialists and Junior Managers • Contribution to internal processes, quality standards, and scaling strategies • Close collaboration with team leads, executive management, as well as content, creative, and project management teams • Identification of new levers, formats, and tests for continuous performance optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Amazon Advertising (SP, SB, SD, possibly DSP) • Deep understanding of funnel construction, segmentation, bidding strategies, and attribution models • Confident use of bulk files, brand metrics, search term reports, placements, and portfolios • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive clear action recommendations from data • Experience in strategic client management, including presenting results and performance analyses • Structured, proactive, and self-directed working style • Enjoys sharing knowledge and coaching team members professionally • Fluent German (C2) • Good English (B2+)
