• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across utilities and energy clients • Build and manage a high-value pipeline with accurate forecasting • Build and maintain relationships with: • – Utility companies • – OEMs • – Engineering consultants • – Energy stakeholders • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions with client business and technical needs • Develop strategic account plans across the Americas • Identify market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities • Expand presence within key accounts and regions • Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to shape solutions • Lead technical presentations and client discussions • Align offerings with grid modernization and digital transformation initiatives • Lead contract negotiations and close complex deals • Structure agreements that support long-term partnerships • Deliver against annual order booking targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (MBA preferred) • 10–15+ years of business development or sales experience • Proven success in power, utilities, or industrial automation sectors • Strong understanding of: • – Grid automation • – Power systems • – Energy infrastructure technologies • Track record of achieving revenue targets and driving growth • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
