📋 Description

• Support the management of the project backlog and process improvement requests. • Contribute to the planning and execution of continuous improvement projects. • Map processes through interviews, workshops and analysis of activity execution. • Identify defects, bottlenecks, risks and non-value-added activities in processes. • Conduct root cause analyses for low-complexity issues. • Support the implementation of improvements with the relevant departments. • Monitor results and impacts of implemented changes. • Identify process automation opportunities. • Develop low-complexity automations on low-code/no-code platforms. • Prepare process flows, diagnostic materials and follow-up presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields. • Basic knowledge of processes and continuous improvement. • Intermediate English. • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook). • Process mapping/modeling tools (Bizagi, Visio, draw.io, or similar). • Power BI and Power Automate (Power Platform). • Quality tools: Ishikawa (fishbone), 5 Whys, Pareto, flowcharts, control charts and 5W2H
