• Drive business growth across the Southeast Asian recycling market • Develop new business opportunities and manage customer relationships • Promote TOMRA’s sensor-based sorting solutions across multiple Southeast Asian countries • Collaborate with customers, partners, suppliers, and internal technical experts to develop and execute long-term growth strategies in the waste and metal recycling industries
• Minimum 10–15 years of sales experience in B2B capital equipment, industrial equipment, industrial automation, recycling, plastics, materials processing or other related industries • Fluent in English, both verbal and written • Fluent Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred • Additional Southeast Asian languages (e.g. Bahasa Malaysia) are considered an advantage • Proven experience developing business across multiple Southeast Asian markets rather than a single domestic market • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong drive for business development • Strong ability to work independently in a home-office environment while effectively collaborating with regional and global teams • Fast learner who can quickly understand TOMRA’s products, applications and customer industries • High level of integrity, professionalism and personal accountability • Experience selling high-value technical solutions and capital equipment, with a strong consultative and value-based selling approach
