📋 Description

• Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting activities • Train operators and maintenance personnel • Support customers with technical expertise • Represent TOMRA as a trusted partner in the field • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and service activities for customers near Rennes • Provide operator training following machine installations • Travel occasionally to support customers elsewhere in France • Prepare for customer visits from a home office • Complete service reports • Update technical documentation • Provide remote support when needed • Support customers throughout Brittany and neighbouring regions • Occasionally support colleagues and customers elsewhere in France as part of the national Field Service team

🎯 Requirements

• Technical qualification (BAC+2 or equivalent) in Electrotechnics, Industrial Maintenance, Automation, Electronics, or a related discipline • Hands-on experience in electrical fault-finding and electromechanical troubleshooting • Fluent French • Ability to communicate effectively in English within a technical and professional environment • Previous experience in Field Service, customer-site maintenance, commissioning, installation, or travelling technical support roles highly preferred • Proven experience performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities on industrial equipment in customer-facing environments • Good understanding of IT systems, networking fundamentals, and PC configuration • Strong customer-service mindset and ability to build trusted relationships with customers and colleagues • Valid driving licence required
