📋 Description

• Deliver field service work efficiently to meet cost and time objectives • Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues and conduct repairs • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer support processes • Install and adjust TOMRA Food equipment • Train customers on system operation and maintenance • Maintain accurate and detailed field reports for administrative follow-up • Provide commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimisation, maintenance, training, and repair services primarily in France

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrotechnical, Automation, or Industrial Maintenance • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the food industry/field is mandatory • Fluent in English and Afrikaans is mandatory • Proven experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting industrial customers • Good understanding of IT, networking, and PC configuration • A valid driver's license • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management • Willingness to travel abroad for at least 80% of the time, including weekends or holiday seasons
