📋 Description

• Visit customer sites to ensure the performance and reliability of industrial labeling machines and automated labeling systems • Install and commission automatic labeling machines • Train customers’ operators and maintenance technicians • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults • Repair machines and bring them into compliance • Write service intervention reports • Provide technical follow-up and advice to customers • Report field information and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives • Manage a dedicated spare parts inventory • Work primarily in the Northwest region, with occasional travel throughout the country and occasional international travel • Report to the Technical Department

🎯 Requirements

• Technical education from vocational diploma to two-year higher technical qualification (electrical engineering, electromechanics, industrial maintenance, automated industrial maintenance, or equivalent) • At least 3 years of experience in field service for industrial machinery (special-purpose machinery, packaging, labeling, etc.) • Excellent ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics • Ability to work with technical drawings (PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP) • Technical English required • Valid Category B driving licence required • Willingness to travel, including 1 to 4 overnight stays per week • Self-motivated, thorough, customer-focused, and possessing strong interpersonal skills • Broad technical expertise and strong analytical skills
