📋 Description

• Provide customer service for food sorting systems, including commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimisation, maintenance, training, and repair • Efficiently deliver field service work to meet cost and time objectives • Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues and conduct repairs • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer support processes • Install and adjust TOMRA Food equipment • Train customers on system operation and maintenance • Maintain accurate and detailed field reports for administrative follow-up • Travel predominantly to Agadir and Rabat, with domestic travel 80%–90% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering • Qualification in Electrical Installation (e.g. Qualification en Électricité d’Installation) • Proven experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting industrial customers • Fluency in Arabic and English language is mandatory • Spanish and French is an advantage • Driving license with a good driving record • VCA certification is a plus • Willingness to travel internationally up to 80% of the time • Flexible schedule, including occasional work on weekends or during holiday periods • Customer orientated • Great communication skills • Stress resilient
