📋 Description

• Develop local technical expertise in TOMRA RVM products in Singapore • Support installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical case follow-up • Prepare fault documentation and raise and manage service desk cases • Collaborate with TOMRA R&D teams in China to investigate and resolve technical issues • Use TRMS backoffice, configuration files, and local parameters for operational support • Monitor machine performance and service trends • Identify repeated issues and support corrective and preventive improvements • Prepare and improve user guides, checklists, training materials, and technical instructions • Support knowledge sharing with technicians, Service Operation Centre users, and other stakeholders • Support machine deployments, pilot installations, and product introductions • Follow TOMRA SAFE standards, local HSE requirements, and incident/hazard reporting obligations

🎯 Requirements

• Basic technical understanding and strong motivation to develop into a local TOMRA RVM product expert • Curious, hands-on, and comfortable applying a structured problem-solving approach • Ability to analyze machine data, service trends, recognition performance, and operational KPIs • Eagerness to learn new systems, tools, and product knowledge • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly • Well-organized, customer-focused, and safety-conscious • Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin communication skills • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline • Fresh graduates or 1 to 2 years of relevant technical, engineering, service, or product support experience encouraged • Experience in technical support, field service, equipment maintenance, industrial automation, or related industries is advantageous • Ability to prepare clear documentation, incident summaries, and operational reports
