• Work closely with customers and dealers, acting as the primary liaison between Engineering, Product Development, and the Sales Department. • Responsible for Topcon's grading and paving solutions, translating customer needs into prioritized product requirements. • Drive product development decisions and manage the product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle. • Implement product strategies and roadmaps defined by the Product Platform Owner. • Oversee day-to-day product lifecycle activities, including new product launches, product updates, and end-of-life transitions. • Monitor product performance indicators, including revenue, margins, costs, and competitiveness. • Act as the interface between Product Creation, Product Supply, Marketing, and Sales Units. • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Education in surveying, construction management or civil engineering related fields preferred • Experience in construction and / or surveying related practices • Knowledge of product lifecycle processes, profitability metrics, and go-to-market planning. • Strong analytical capabilities and experience interpreting data to drive decisions. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Strategic and execution-oriented mindset • Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization • Problem-solving attitude with customer and business focus.
