• Solid experience in SAP CRM – CS (Customer Service) module • Knowledge of SAP CRM configuration and parameterization • Experience working with definitions related to Sales Organization • Experience in analyzing and resolving functional requirements • Desirable knowledge of configuration structures/keys for the three levels that compose the CS object • Analytical profile with strong communication skills for work in an international environment • Must understand functional parameterization of SAP CRM CS related to the company’s commercial structure • Experience in SAP CRM support or implementation projects • Experience with configuration improvements and functional solution design
• Work model: Hybrid — 3 days on-site and 2 days remote
