📋 Description

• **Responsibilities** • - **Web Analytics Monitoring and Configuration:** Extract user behavior reports via Google Analytics 4 (GA4); create and organize events, tags and basic triggers within Google Tag Manager (GTM); and analyze heatmaps and session recordings using tools like Microsoft Clarity. • - **CMS Maintenance and Website Updates:** Operate content management system admin panels (such as WordPress, Webflow, CMS or similar) to create, edit or update landing pages, blog posts, banners and forms. • - **CRM Architecture Operations:** Build, test and trigger customer journey sequences, email marketing automations and lead-nurturing flows in automation platforms (Microsoft Dynamics). • - **Database Segmentation:** Filter, clean and enrich the CRM contact database using demographic, behavioral or funnel-stage criteria, ensuring email deliverability (avoiding soft/hard bounces). • - **Testing and CRO Execution:** Implement simple variations of page elements (A/B tests of headlines, buttons or images) to identify improvements in click and sign-up conversion rates. • - **Measurement and Reporting:** Populate control spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) or automated dashboards (Looker Studio) with key Growth metrics: open rates, clicks, bounce rate, lead conversion and traffic volume.

🎯 Requirements

• **Education:** • - Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields. • **Experience:** • - **Practical Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / Marketing):** Hands-on experience using the Dynamics platform to create segments, manage customer journeys, automate emails, run nurture flows and manage the leads/contacts database. • - **Proficiency in Web Analytics (GA4 and GTM):** Practical experience analyzing site traffic with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and configuring basic tracking for conversions, clicks and forms via Google Tag Manager (GTM). • - **Site-CRM Integration:** Understanding of how data captured on landing pages and the website (traffic source, UTM parameters, form submissions) is sent and integrated into Microsoft Dynamics.
