📋 Description

• Compensation consulting with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors modules. • Participate in implementation projects, rollouts and continuous improvements. • Map compensation processes and propose business-aligned solutions. • Lead workshops, trainings and discovery sessions with HR and business stakeholders. • Perform testing, validations and ensure the quality of deliverables. • Produce functional and technical documentation to support solutions. • Serve as the technical point of reference for Compensation and SuccessFactors for the team and clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior experience in Compensation projects (fixed pay, variable pay, incentives, meritocracy). • Proven experience with the Compensation module in SAP SuccessFactors. • Experience in consulting or implementation/rollout projects for SuccessFactors. • Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements. • Advanced Spanish for working with international clients and teams. • Availability for CLT employment contract and 100% remote work. • Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors (especially Compensation). • Experience with other HR modules (PMGM, EC - Employee Central, Variable Pay, etc.). • Prior experience in multicountry projects across Latin America. • Background in People Analytics or strategic compensation.
