📋 Description
• Support customers by responding to inquiries • Provide clear and friendly guidance • Deliver effective solutions across different service scenarios • Understand customer needs • Handle information responsibly • Ensure a smooth, positive customer experience • Provide customer service for technical support and maintenance of devices such as printers, scanners, and computers
🎯 Requirements
• Inglés B2 • Preferible: 6 Meses de Experiencia laboral previa en Customer Service • Técnico o tecnólogo en sistemas • Basic knowledge regarding Technology Support – Hardware • Bachillerato / Educación Media
