📋 Description

• Assist insurance customers by phone and in writing with service-related inquiries • Process customer inquiries in the area of liability insurance • Independently identify suitable solutions and ensure a positive customer experience • Accurately record and maintain customer data in the relevant systems • Use customer-specific IT systems confidently and reliably • Collaborate with a supportive team in day-to-day operations

🎯 Requirements

• Insurance knowledge is required • Relevant insurance qualification or professional background • Training in the insurance sector, qualification as an insurance specialist (IHK), a comparable insurance-related qualification, or relevant, demonstrable professional experience in the insurance industry • Knowledge of liability insurance is desirable • Very good written and spoken German • Confident use of PCs and various IT systems • Experience in data entry is desirable • Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented working style • Willingness to work Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on a shift basis
