📋 Description
• Telefonische und schriftliche Bearbeitung unserer Kundenanliegen im Versicherungsbereich • Bedienung aller Funktionen kundenspezifischer EDV-Systeme • Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Pflege der Kundenbeziehung • Unterstützung der Versicherungskunden bei ihren Anliegen • Finden passender Lösungen und Sicherstellung eines positiven Serviceerlebnisses
🎯 Requirements
• Erfahrung im Kundenservice und/oder Kenntnisse im Bereich Versicherung • KFZ-Kenntnisse von Vorteil • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung wünschenswert • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke • Hohe Flexibilität in den Schichtzeiten, Montag bis Freitag zwischen 08:30 und 19:00 Uhr • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Hohe Auffassungsgabe und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise • Gute PC-Kenntnisse • Mit oder ohne Berufserfahrung möglich
