📋 Description

• Monitor Traba's daily live operations and ensure marketplace shifts are executed flawlessly • Prepare for and troubleshoot operational issues in real time • Coordinate with the Territory Operations Manager to understand customer needs and shape daily operations • Ensure positive, trusted experiences for workers before, during, and after shifts • Resolve worker support issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction • Communicate with and manage workers to deliver the number of workers clients require • Ensure workers clock in and out correctly for accurate payment • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and product efficiency • Support forward-filling or worker-vetting initiatives as needed • Build and continuously improve standard operating procedures • Learn and master multiple internal systems • Help workers use the Traba app and handle sensitive, complex user-facing platform issues

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience at a fast-growth company in track & trace, logistics coordination, or a similar role • Proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and consistently deliver against deadlines • Ownership mentality and strong work ethic • Enthusiastic and positive attitude with strong customer empathy and care for workers • Customer management skills, including problem-solving, setting customer expectations, and building customer relationships • Grit and willingness to tackle hands-on work • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail balanced with swift execution • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, weekends, weekdays, and weeknights • Must be paid as an independent contractor and be responsible for corresponding income taxes because Traba is not active in the worker's country
