Description

• Using CAD software, will create project initial electrical drawing packages and review for accuracy. • Compose electrical bill of materials. • Create wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment schedules. • Calculate conduit and wire fill parameters within NEC requirements. • Develop electrical equipment layout and elevation drawings. • Coordinate with other functional teams during the life cycle of the product and be responsible for design modifications as required.

Requirements

• Electrical Designer, Electrical Engineer or Journeyman/Master Electrician with experience in the Commercial/Industrial field with 3-5 years of experience. • Experience with designing electrical distribution, controls or automation. • Must have circuit design. • Understanding of the National Electric Code (NEC) • Do you have 5 years of Solidworks Electrical or AutoCAD Electrical experience? • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to interface at all levels. • Organized, focused, and results-oriented with the ability to work on multiple parallel projects. • Will need to come on-site for 50% of the time for the first 2-4 months for training. • Would come on-site a few times a year for meetings and/or events.
