📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end Change Management process, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures • Perform quality reviews of change requests in the ITSM tool • Validate impact, risks, owners, implementation and testing plans, evidence, and rollback strategy • Classify changes by criticality and category • Manage the corporate change calendar, identifying scheduling conflicts and operational risks • Organize, schedule, and lead CAB meetings • Record decisions, approvals, rejections, and conditions • Monitor the execution of approved changes and the closure of records • Manage emergency changes and support emergency CABs • Track failed changes, rollbacks, or changes impacting production • Support and lead post-implementation reviews (PIRs) • Generate Change Management metrics and management reports • Monitor success, failure, compliance, and process-adherence metrics • Identify continuous improvement opportunities based on ITIL best practices • Serve as a point of reference and provide support to technical teams on Change Management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field • Experience with Change Management processes • Experience working with ITSM tools • Knowledge of ITIL and IT service governance • Experience leading meetings and aligning multidisciplinary teams • Knowledge of risk management and operational controls • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus • Experience with ServiceNow, GLPI, Jira Service Management, or similar tools is a plus • Knowledge of Incident and Problem Management is a plus • Experience working in critical infrastructure, systems, or IT operations environments is a plus • Experience with performance metrics and management dashboards is a plus • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Analytical and critical-thinking mindset • Clear and objective communication • Negotiation and influencing skills • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize • Conflict-management skills • Proactivity and a continuous-improvement mindset • Ability to work under pressure in critical situations
