📋 Description

• Source, screen, and qualify freelance candidates against project requirements • Identify suitable advertising channels to attract eligible candidates • Use online platforms, social media, and professional networks to support recruitment • Create and post recruitment advertisements across relevant platforms • Keep candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers accurate and up to date • Track and report recruitment KPIs • Support the Sourcing team with additional tasks as needed • Work on an ongoing project involving data for Human-Machine Interaction and Machine Learning

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based • Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken • At least 2 years of recruitment experience • Experience in high-volume recruitment is a plus • Excellent communication and networking skills • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other resource management software • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, or equivalent tools • Confidence using social media platforms for recruitment and advertising • Strong time management and organizational skills • Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities • Strong customer service focus • Accuracy and attention to detail • Minimum availability of 30 hours per week
