📋 Description
• First sales hire in Ireland; builder role responsible for helping drive expansion into Western Europe. • Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to align product with unique demands of new markets. • Shape direction of international sales strategy as part of founding team.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in software sales, with a focus on Western European markets. Experience expanding into new geographies strongly preferred. • Fluency in English is required and workplace proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is preferred. • Based in Ireland • Ability to travel domestically and internationally. • Strong written communication skills. We’re a documentation-first culture. • Desire and ability to work autonomously and drive your work. Tremendous is not a great fit for people who default to waiting for instructions. • High empathy. • We offer competitive pay, equity and benefits. The OTE for this role is €170,000–€205,000.
