• Support subsidiaries with operational processes related to project tenders. • Continuously monitor relevant procurement platforms (EU, federal, state, municipal/city and private). • Early detection and identification of new business opportunities and proactive reporting of potential to management. • Prepare, compile and submit public tender documents and prequalification materials. • Manage and coordinate external service providers during the tendering process. • Maintain and manage reference databases and standard documents (e.g., forms, declarations, compliance documents). • Work closely with operational and commercial teams to develop proposal content. • Ensure compliance with internal deadlines and coordinate with clients/contracting authorities.
• Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration. • Several years of professional experience in public procurement, bid management, or a legal/tender-related environment. • Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and procurement law, ideally in the field of engineering services. • Structured, independent and goal-oriented working style combined with team spirit. • Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. • Confident user of Microsoft Office 365 and experienced with electronic procurement platforms (e.g., e-procurement systems). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
