📋 Description
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across Go-To-Market roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) • Set up robust hiring processes, scorecards, interviews, and analytics • Communicate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders • Actively come up with and implement ideas to improve the hiring funnel
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3+ years of experience in GTM hiring • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1) • In-house mindset towards candidate experience • Hands-on experience navigating ATS systems
