📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment across commercial and operational functions • Manage active sourcing, job advertising, screening, and offer closing • Design and optimize recruitment workflows, candidate scorecards, structured interview loops, and funnel analytics • Partner with hiring managers and department leads • Provide clear, proactive communication and data-backed updates • Analyze candidate channels and run targeted outbound sourcing • Manage job postings to attract active and passive talent • Identify and implement improvements to client hiring funnels • Embed with European client companies as a trusted hiring expert

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the CEE or Balkans region • 3+ years of dedicated full-cycle recruitment experience • Proven background in Commercial or Operations recruitment • Experience ideally within a fast-growing start-up, scale-up, or embedded environment • Hands-on experience with ATS tools such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Ashby • Ability to leverage hiring data to improve funnel metrics • Fluent English at minimum C1 level • Immediate availability or notice period of up to 1–2 weeks • Willingness to collaborate on an indefinite B2B contract
