📋 Description

• Lead and manage an MSAT team of four employees • Assume overall responsibility for the global Manufacturing Science & Technology function • Manage international technology transfer projects from planning through successful implementation • Ensure technically robust manufacturing processes throughout the entire product lifecycle • Review and approve technical documentation related to product and process transfers • Conduct technical assessments of external manufacturing partners and production sites • Ensure compliance with international GMP and regulatory requirements • Serve as the technical point of contact for complex pharmaceutical and manufacturing-related matters • Work closely with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and external partners • Provide technical leadership for assessments related to new product and transfer projects • Identify optimization opportunities and continuously develop global MSAT processes

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in a natural science, such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a comparable field • At least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Science & Technology, Technology Transfer, manufacturing, or Process Development • Several years of disciplinary leadership experience with a demonstrable track record of developing employees • Very good knowledge of international GMP requirements and regulatory guidelines • Experience working with international production sites and external manufacturing partners • Strategic mindset combined with strong analytical and conceptual skills • Strong decision-making abilities and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work • Excellent communication skills and a confident manner in an international environment • Very good written and spoken German and English
