📋 Description

• Develop and take ownership of integration plans for new partner companies and locations across IT, Finance, People, and Operations • Support new partner companies from acquisition through full integration into the Arsipa platform • Coordinate the functions involved, serving as the central interface between growth strategy and operational execution • Build acceptance of group-wide processes among the managing directors of the subsidiaries • Identify best practices and translate them into standardized Standard Operating Procedures • Build and continuously develop scalable structures and efficient workflows • Identify synergies and derive concrete measures for operational scaling • Combine local strengths with central group standards • Migrate existing systems together with the Tech team to digital platforms for documentation, scheduling, and reporting • Manage the transformation of analog business models into digitally oriented processes • Define and track suitable KPIs to measure integration success and operational scaling • Identify inefficiencies and demonstrate the financial contribution of initiatives using the data collected

🎯 Requirements

• At least six years of relevant professional experience in post-merger integration, management consulting with a focus on transformation or integration, or a comparable strategic and operational role • Experience building scalable structures and optimizing complex integration processes and workflows • Fluent German and English, with excellent negotiation skills • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Pragmatic, execution-focused, and data-driven approach to work • Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or professional services would be an advantage • Professional background in a private equity environment with a buy-and-build strategy is desirable • Experience developing analog business models into digitally oriented organizations would be a plus • Experience working with managing directors and central functions on cross-company integration or transformation projects would complement the profile
