📋 Description

• Lead market strategy and operational coordination for Trimble’s BIM & Engineering portfolio during a maternity leave • Architect and execute comprehensive, simultaneous go-to-market launch plans for multiple products • Own the operational roadmap for market entry and sustained growth • Conduct deep-dive customer research and capture the voice of the customer • Lead buyer persona development and ongoing win/loss analysis programs • Develop positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies for complex technical products • Maintain commercial strategy through established pricing models and framework management • Partner with sales enablement teams to equip global sales and customer-facing teams with tools, training, curriculum, and competitive intelligence • Translate technical features into value propositions that support closed deals • Coordinate end-to-end communication strategies across direct and indirect channels

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of dedicated product marketing experience in a B2B software or industrial technology environment • Proven track record of driving multiple product launches simultaneously • Ability to use customer data and market segmentation to influence long-term business decisions and readiness • Ability to collaborate across global departments and coordinate end-to-end communication strategies across direct and indirect channels • Professional proficiency in German to support key regional markets in DACH • Professional proficiency in English for the UK and French market • Direct AECO or BIM industry experience is a bonus • Proficiency with Asana, Salesforce, Seismic, and Gong is a bonus
