📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic leader fostering a high-performance culture and driving radical transparency. • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and a catalyst for relentless improvement within squads. • Shift the team’s focus from 'completing tickets' to 'delivering value'. • Navigate the complexities of a global organization to align local initiatives with corporate strategy. • Cultivate high-integrity relationships with stakeholders through radical transparency. • Act as an internal expert diagnosing business needs and offering data-driven recommendations. • Facilitate the healthy exchange of opposing views to reach 'win-win' compromises. • Instill a culture of 'relentless improvement' by analyzing failures and successes. • Guide team through technical and procedural hurdles with an Agile Toolbox.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a complex, enterprise-level environment. • PSM II/III, CSM, or SAFe Agilist preferred. • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical blockers into business-impact language for non-technical leaders. • Expert-level proficiency in Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar enterprise ALM tools.
