• Diagnose and resolve advanced technical inquiries, including system malfunctions, software glitches, and performance bottlenecks• Conduct continuous monitoring of the Transporeon platform, addressing any incidents or operational challenges as they arise• Implement minor system modifications or adjustments to meet existing customer needs• Efficiently allocate cases to specialized teams when beyond the scope of general support, ensuring follow-through to resolution• Serve as a mentor to new team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to product strategy discussions• Proactively support and update legacy systems, identifying opportunities for process and platform enhancements• Independently manage crisis situations or escalations, providing solutions with minimal supervision• Develop expertise in specific Transporeon modules or processes, becoming a go-to specialist within the team
• 3+ years of experience in a technical support environment• High proficiency in SQL, XML, XSL, JSON, CSV and MS Office• Strong knowledge of web-based application configurations (HTTP, SOAP, REST, FTP protocols)• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level)• Proven ability to manage technical escalations independently• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong customer service orientation• Bonus Points For: Experience within the logistics or supply chain management industry• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology• Previous experience with Transporeon-specific modules or similar logistics platforms
