• Completed training as an Information Electronics Technician for Office Systems or a comparable qualification • Career changers with experience, strong expertise and a passion for information electronics are welcome • Strong service orientation to ensure high customer satisfaction • Solid system knowledge and professional experience in copier and print technology (ideal) • Good knowledge of IT systems and network technology • Team player with a passion for technology and customer consulting • Strong communication skills and interpersonal competence • Very good German language skills and the ability to understand documentation in English • Class B driving license
