📋 Description

• Support TriVista’s growth by managing full cycle recruiting • Identify, engage, and hire professionals who reflect our firm’s values • Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the verbal offer process • Partner closely with hiring managers and firm leaders to define role requirements • Collaborate with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner on senior-level or complex searches • Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking strategies • Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for high-priority or recurring positions • Deliver a professional, timely, and high-touch experience for every candidate • Track and report key metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and candidate satisfaction)

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally within consulting and/or agency settings • Experience hiring professionals in consulting, technology, supply chain, operations, or professional services • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS systems • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills • Customer-service orientation with a collaborative, team-first mindset • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods • Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field and/or combination of required education and experience • Lean Six Sigma certification or willingness to obtain certification upon employment.
