📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and specialized G&A searches • Act as a strategic talent partner to executive stakeholders • Build targeted sourcing strategies • Develop deep market maps for priority searches • Create an exceptional candidate experience • Use data and metrics to influence hiring teams • Drive urgency and decision quality across searches • Continuously improve G&A recruiting processes • Serve as a craft leader on the Talent team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience • Proven success hiring senior and specialized talent • Strong search fundamentals • Ability to understand complex corporate roles • Strong analytical ability to interpret recruiting metrics • Exceptional stakeholder management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High ownership, persistence, and judgment • Ability to balance speed with quality
