📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives tailored for engineering roles • Create and refine outreach programs aligned with TRM Labs' leadership principles • Conduct high-volume targeted outreach to potential candidates weekly • Maintain a 20%+ response conversion rate • Craft personalized messages to engage passive candidates and build a robust pipeline • Collaborate with hiring managers and the talent team on sourcing progress and market trends • Provide data-driven insights and actionable feedback to refine search strategies • Rapidly onboard to new positions and learn role-specific terminology, skills, and team needs • Prepare a Total Addressable Market overview and 5–10 sample profiles within 72 hours of receiving a position • Refine search criteria within 48 hours of initial candidate feedback • Create A/B outreach messaging within 24 hours after refining search criteria • Aim to source 100 candidates within the first week • Identify five TRM team members with relevant networks and schedule sourcing jams for referrals • Analyze sourcing data two weeks after initial outreach and continuously optimize the strategy until the position is filled

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical sourcing experience specifically for senior engineering talent • Proven experience sourcing hard-to-find positions • Expertise using sourcing tools, conducting market research, and developing personalized outreach strategies • Ability to analyze sourcing metrics, conversion rates, and market data • Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new roles and requirements • Exceptional communication skills for working with hiring managers and managing expectations • Strong persistence and results-oriented mindset • Ability to maintain at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours • At least 2 years of experience working in a fully remote environment within the last 5 years • Currently based in and intending to work remotely within Brazil • Understanding and acceptance of 1099 independent contractor classification • AI fluency in applying AI to accelerate workflows, structure and solve problems, improve output quality, and increase speed and leverage
